to the next whole inch, order that size, and send us a message via Ebay with your precise measurements. We'll message you back to confirm your dimensions, and make exactly the size you requested. There's no extra charge for this, and it won't delay production of your order. Your doors are sanded to a 220 grit finish at the factory and
don't require any additional sanding prior to finishing. Maple is the easiest hardwood to paint, and yields a smooth finish with no special tools or techniques required. Maple can also be stained but its tight grain makes this a bit tricky, so use of a wood conditioner is necessary before staining. If you want stained cabinetry but aren't skilled in finishing, Red Oak might be a better choice; it's the easiest hardwood to stain. Every order includes detailed painting instructions for the home handyman. If you're a complete novice, you may want to consider hiring a professional to finish your cabinet doors for you.
